In order to maintain a great view of the occanic scene and a scene integrated with the oceanic scene, Sea Viewing Park is mainly covered by grass that is the primary terrain in the park. Flying carp flags west of the park seem to greet visitors and welcome them with spacious grass and oceanic scene.
